Flooding in Bangkok, Samut Prakan alongside Chao Phraya river during excessive tide

Bangkok Governor Aswin Kwanmuang visited a road in Samphanthawong district at present the place there was heavy flooding and ordered the Department of Drainage and Sewerage to empty flood water from the world. He says the water was above the footpath level and started to circulate into houses.
