Manufacturers of meals and different hygienically processed merchandise face the problem of maintaining reproducible processes so that their merchandise have the looks, taste, and consistency that customers count on.
GEA has designed the VARIVENT MX with parts that keep merchandise from mixing with the cleansing liquid, even beneath exceptional masses. The cavity chamber is fitted with a vacuum self-drainage system and balancers on each valve discs. For maximum bodily safety, GEA makes use of the Venturi impact which is created by the special form of the move channels, inflicting a vacuum on the opposite seal during lifting, stopping stress increases. As a result, no cleaning liquid can enter the other pipe carrying the product while a valve seat is being lifted or cleaned, even when a seal is flawed.
When new systems are set up and adjusted in a brief time, there is a larger danger of overpressure during operation. The valve discs should keep in place when water hammer happens, and the valve should remain closed. For Value , GEA has equipped the valve discs in both pipelines with balancers – strain compensators. This makes the closed valve resistant to water hammer as much as 50 bar within the higher and decrease pipelines. The new MX valve sort also has an integrated balancer cleansing system. It ensures that the balancer is completely flushed from the surface throughout seat lifting concurrently cleaning-in-place is taking place. All surfaces in touch with the product can be cleaned without any extra parts defending the product from contamination.
