“Washington, DC is an important international crossroads for the various set of stakeholders who work together towards solving water challenges around the world,” said Patrick Decker, president and CEO of Xylem. “By locating our world headquarters here, we place ourselves right the place the water sector is most engaged.”
Decker and a variety of senior Xylem leaders might be based mostly in the new headquarters.
“We’ll be ready to scale back complexity, with a lean headquarters, simultaneously we construct closer relationships with all those within the international water neighborhood working to unravel the biggest challenges, and promote global water sustainability,” stated Decker.
Plain shall be co-located with the Reservoir Center for Water Solutions, a hub for multi-party, water-focused stakeholder collaboration, in the historic Navy Yard district alongside the Anacostia River. The Reservoir Center for Water Solutions is predicted to open in June.
